Who are We

NIIOF is a privately pooled, SEBI registered Category II AIF, with a target fund size of INR 2,000 Cr. (~USD 240 Mn). We invest in regular income-generating operating renewable (especially solar) and road projects in India with a target to deliver superior risk adjusted returns along with periodic distributions to our investors.

NIIOF is managed by Neo Asset Management (“NAM”), alternative asset management arm of Neo Group providing investment solutions to client needs across various asset classes in India including equity, private credit and fixed income. NAM currently has Asset Under Management (AUM) of ~USD 550 Mn across 5 funds being managed by it.

• Mix of Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and toll assets with majority of projects under HAM
• Completely operational with historical traffic record
• Assets with central govt. entities as counterparties (NHAI and MoRTH)
